Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is switched on for every store until 31 October 2026 — nothing to pay, and nothing asks for a card.
Are there usage charges?
No. Views, uploads, playlists and product tags are all unlimited, and videos are served from Shopify's CDN — there is no bandwidth bill to pass on.
What happens after 31 October 2026?
Plans go back to their normal tiers. Your videos, playlists and settings stay exactly as they are — features outside your plan simply stop showing on the storefront, and you can upgrade at any time.
Do I need a developer?
No. The widgets are theme app blocks: add them from the Shopify theme editor, drag them where you want, and they inherit your theme's look.
Which themes are supported?
Any Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn and Horizon. The app reads your theme's own colours, so the widgets match without being configured.
How do I get help?
